At Geckos, we strive to create an environment of immersion. We make it a point to have German be the primary language in teaching and announcements. 

We offer a range of German classes for children and adults. All students are accepted regardless of background and level of understanding. Geckos provides two streams for native and second-language speakers. 

Our teachers are fully qualified in both credentials and passion. Many of our teachers and staff are German, have studied German, are returning students from our earliest classes in 2013, and now have children who now study at Geckos. 

Our cultural activities after class foster a love for the language and culture that goes beyond the classroom. It's an opportunity to explore a multitude of rich traditions from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  

We’ll be waiting for you at Reservoir West Primary school from 9-12 on a Saturday morning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Our little community school offers a slice of home away from Germany. 

• You can meet other German parents and set up playdates for your child to make friends with other German kids. 

• Do you want your child to make friends with others from a similar background?

• At Geckos you and your child can learn lessons on life and XXX in the proud language you’ve inherited. 

• There is nothing more romantic than surprising your German spouse with poetry in their mother tongue.
